"There's no such thing as a perfect image, only a perfect moment."

                                     -Joe Buissink, Photographer

                                        Hello! A little about myself...

My name is Dana, and I grew up on the seacoast of New Hampshire, a short bike ride from the beach. It was at the harbor where I captured this image on film that inspired me to pursue photography; I was 12 years old. Every passing second builds the moments in our lives. How often do we take the time to pause and reflect or take in that moment? Photography is a compelling form of art, as it allows photographers to be storytellers. Everyone has a unique story and it is beautiful to see it unfold through the camera lens. My goal is to find and capture those 'perfect moments' that blossom throughout the day, so that you can keep them forever. To preserve the emotions and feelings in a photograph so that they are just as vivid when you pass the photo sitting on your mantel or years later when you dig out your album. That is why I photograph: to remember, to treasure, to relive the moment.
